I have observed with great admiration the evolution of Qimpro over the past two decades. What differentiates Qimpro is its singular passion for transforming Indian organizations, and their human resources, into world-class quality assets. Examples abound. In addition, I have personally experienced the transparent and robust processes Qimpro follows for recognizing individuals, teams, and organizations. I consider each of these three processes themselves emerging as `best practices’!

Qimpro has been an early ally in Marico’s growth journey. They helped us appreciate the criticality of quality in building credible product brands. With their help, we set up quality systems that took roots and helped Marico in its emergence as a consumer products major.
– Harsh Mariwala, Chairman & Managing Director, Marico
Today, Qimpro is recognised as one of the pioneers of the quality movement in India, inspiring several companies and organisations by setting several benchmarks within the field of quality.
– Anand Mahindra, Chairman & Managing Director, Mahindra & Mahindra
In our journey to becoming a world-class organisation, quality in every aspect has been and continues to be a never ending obsession. Over the years, Qimpro has partnered with us in creating value through driving home the message, that in the pursuit of quality there is no finish line. Consequently, quality is ingrained into the very genetic coding of our Group.
– Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chairman, Aditya Birla Group
It was in late 1980s that the Indian Industry started to liberalise and had to face international competition. It was immediately apparent that quality standards in India were far behind those required for competition in the international market, and we stood little chance to make inroads with our products and services. It was in those early years that QIMPRO, led by Mr. Suresh Lulla, took significant steps to lead India’s Foray into the quality conscious world. It was a proud privilege for Tata Steel to be associated with QIMPRO in those early years. I do believe that both organizations benefitted tremendously from that early cooperation. Since then QIMPRO has grown from strength to strength and I wish it continues to give Indian industries the service it has given in the past.
