Turbocharge Problem Solving With Multi-Tools

Quality Tools have come of age. I can think of at least 50 tools that can energize a Problem Solving process and thereby also deliver effective solutions to the problem. In fact, quality tools when used in the right combination can be multifold more powerful and effective. After all, a good solution to a problem results in great decision making.

May I request you to use your right brain and visualize a surgeon performing an open heart surgery supported by a team. Do you see the detail? Problem Solving has much in common. Think.

Therefore, I’d like to ask you if you can do a Pareto Analysis without Stratification and Data Gathering? Can you construct a Cause-Effect Diagram without Flowcharting, Brainstorming and Stratification? There are many many more…..
